prototype only one day after making the previous one.

but this time add only 1/2 teaspoon of xanthan gum to the batter.
This time, the texture and stability were
great! Biting into this prototype reminded me of eating
fudge. That was probably due to—as far as I
know—sweetened condensed milk often being used as an
ingredient in making this classic chocolate candy.
