I felt that the crust's texture was
somewhat too dry on the previous version. While the Chocolate
HiFi Buddy Balls may have been moist enough, baking their same
set of ingredients for a cheesecake was apt to produce dry
results. So I needed to find a "wetter" approach for
the crust.
Repeat the previous version, but make these changes for the crust:
Boost semi-sweet chocolate by 1 ounce, to 4 ounces.
Boost skim milk by 1 tablespoon, to 2 tablespoons.
I think that this one is almost on target.
I felt that the crust could use a little more moisture.
